Former Auburn mayoral candidate arrested for the second time in a month
FORMER AUBURN MAYOR CANDIDATE ARRESTED

AUBURN, AL (WTVM) - A former Auburn mayoral candidate has been arrested for the second time in a month.

Richard Speake taken into custody Wednesday on criminal trespassing charges.

Police say the arrest happened near a business in the 300 block of North Dean Rd. in Auburn at a business where the former candidate was previously banned.

Speake was arrested in late September on public intoxication charges.

He is out of jail at this time.
