The U.S. Supreme Court has sided with civil rights legend Rosa Parks, this time in her fight against the rap music group "OutKast."
The Grammy nominee rappers are being sued by Parks for using her name in a 1998 song woithout her permission.
Parks, who is now 90, living in Atlanta, claims the group has defamed her and violated her publ;ic image with the song and its lyrics.
"OutKast" had asked the court to dismiss the Parlks suit, but the justices refused.
so the legal battle over the use of the name will continue.
