A former Georgia Southwestern University professor has been indicted on child pornography charges. Jhn Henley faces two counts of child exploitation and one count of tampering with evidence. District Attorney Cecilia Cooper says Henley had photographs of children engaged in sexual acts as well as a video. There is no indication that these are local victims. Henley is free on bond, and is on leave from the univsersity without pay pending the outcome of the case. He has been a business professor with southwestern since 1995.
