Jorge L. Torres died of his injuries in February of 2007. He was hit by a car after he stumbled crossing the street at the intersection of Manchester Expressway and Armour Road. The driver of the car that hit him failed to stop, even though the accident may not have been the driver's fault.
The only description police have is the car was a small dark colored vehicle.
