Choosing hospice does not mean giving up. It means choosing comfort and quality of life. Not all hospices are the same! Columbus Hospice was founded in 1979 as a community based, not-for-profit health care program.
The Columbus Hospice House is the original inpatient unit in the area. While the main focus of the hospice program is to provide care to enable patients to spend their final days at home, sometimes needs cannot be met and they may be admitted into the Columbus Hospice House. Services available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
For more information regarding hospice care and whether it is appropriate for you, call: 706-569-7992 or toll free: (800) 950-4244 and ask for the Admission Department.
