Gabriella Barrett and Robert Johnson married at Chick-fil-ABy Gary Widom - email
WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - A West Palm Beach couple exchange their wedding vows in front of their friends, family and a menu you can order off of by number!
The ceremony looked like the traditional wedding. They were musicians, cake, bridesmaids, groomsmen, a pastor and wedding rings; however, the location is anything but traditional.
Nearly 100 people gathered at the Chick-fil-A store on Northlake in West Palm Beach to witness Gabriella Barrett and Robert Johnson become husband and wife.
This all ties into a local faith-based promotion going on through August called 'date night' at the fast food joint. The idea is for couples to come, eat, evaluate their relationship and get a "check up".
But this takes it to a whole new level. Neil Hannon, the restaurant owner operator, said "A lot of people were shocked that people were actually going to marry inside the Chick-fil-A."
In addition to date night, the couple, who are in their late teens and early 20s, didn't have much money and wanted to get married, so restaurant brass stepped up and paid for everything.
