As expected, showers and storms weren't as numerous across the area this afternoon, and the focus for most of them was across some of our southern counties. I think we'll see even less in the way of rain for Thursday as highs get back into the upper 80s and lower 90s. Beyond this, the pattern will be very typical of summer with highs in the upper 80s and lower 90s with 20-30% coverage of showers and storms each afternoon and evening. On any given day, you could deal with a passing shower or storm, but they likely wouldn't last for long. Just keep the umbrella handy!
