HARRIS COUNTY, GA (WTVM) -  Two people face charges after a gambling bust in Harris County.

Sheriff Mike Jolley says an undercover officer was illegally paid out in cash after using gambling machines at the Billy Bob's gas station on Highway 116 in Pine Mountain Valley.

Authorities went in today and busted the business.

In all, the Sheriff's Department seized three machines and a little over $35,000 in cash.

Now, the store's owner and son face commercial gambling charges and other violations.

The Sheriff says the business was also cashing payroll checks without a license and violating their liquor license, which he has pulled.
