    COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus Police have confirmed that one man has died following a shooting incident at an 8th Avenue apartment complex.  Columbus Fire and EMS responded to reports of a shooting at Wilson Apartments just after 5:30 p.m. Friday.     PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) - A fire started under a mobile home on Lasso Loop in Phenix City, AL on Friday night.  Officials confirm the fire started under the trailer. Crews were able to put it out, but its started back on the side of the trailer. Officials say the fire isn't a total loss. Nobody was inside nor was anybody injured. Bryan said it's situations such as these which pose problems with the current Obamacare in place. “It's been financially difficult for hospitals."
