ATLANTA - The Georgia Department of Labor's LaGrange Career Center will help T-Mobile, a wireless telephone service provider, fill about 100 job openings at its National Returns Center (NRC) in LaGrange. The returns center is the site where cell phones are refurbished.
The recruitment will be held Monday through Wednesday, March 16-18, at the Callaway Conference Center, located at 220 Fort Dr. in LaGrange. Monday's recruitment will last from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday's from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Wednesday's from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The company will be hiring for a number of positions, including distribution supervisor, database developer, parts coordinator, production coordinator, distribution leader, utility clerk, technical operator, inventory specialist, inventory clerk, quality assurance inspector, forklift operator, kitting clerk, distribution specialist, receiving processor, and maintenance technician.
NRC operates two shifts, running from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. Wages are expected to range from $9.23 to $14.81 an hour, depending on the position. The company also has a cyber café, television lounge, and indoor and outdoor break areas located at the returns center.
