Ft. Benning: Brigadier General reassigned to Iraq

FORT BENNING, GA (WTVM) - Changes are coming to Fort Benning. Brigadier General Lloyd "Milo" Miles, Deputy Commander at Fort Benning, has been reassigned to Iraq to lead training of the Iraqi military.

Post Commander, Major General Michael Barbero, says Miles is "Uniquely Qualified" for the mission.

Training of Iraqi soldiers is considered critical to enable US troops to withdraw.
