City allegedly knew about Teak Dr. water problems months ago

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - More details emerge after a Columbus neighborhood ended up drenched with water. News Leader 9 told you how Teak Drive near Schomburg Road was flooded with millions of gallons of water last week.

Now we've learned the City Department knew about the water problems in the area as early as December of 2008.

The city is still investigating and plans to release more details at next Tuesday's City Council meeting.
