COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  The man charged with capital murder and kidnapping in the death of 30 year-old Tiffany Folmar has been indicted by a Russell County grand jury.

Folmar's family found her body along the railroad tracks on Gilmore Road in Fort Mitchell back in September.

Court records show the grand jury ruled Friend intentionally stabbed Folmar.

A trial date for 51-year-old Clyde Friend has not yet been set but Russell County District Attorney Ken Davis says he will be arraigned on May 22, 2009 at 10 AM.
