Columbus Murder Suspect Appears in Court

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  Brandon James Floyd pleaded not guilty to murder charges today in Columbus Recorder's Court during a preliminary hearing.

The 23-year-old stands accused of shooting William Cobbs in the parking lot of a barber shop on Gunboat Drive two weeks ago on April 4th.

No bond was set and the case was bound over to Muscogee Superior Court.
