COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Charles Johnston, the man accused of killing three people at Doctors Hospital in March of 2008, is scheduled to plead guilty to the crimes Thursday morning in front of Judge Doug Pullen, according to the Muscogee County Clerk's Office.
The plea hearing is supposed to happen at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th floor of the Government Center.
Still, Johnston could always change his mind before then, and the case will then move towards a trial.
Johnston faces several murder and aggravated assault charges, after the shooting rampage that killed Peter Wright, Leslie Harris and James Baker.
