COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - School is out and it's time for summer camp to kick into gear. As part of Columbus State University's Continuing Education, Active8 starts Monday.
(Columbus State University Release): Adventure, Exploration, Imagination, Education! Your child can experience all of that at Continuing Education's Activ8 Summer Camps. Activ8's flexible program allows your child to build their own camp schedule, with 10 classes to choose from in the morning and afternoon. Your child will have fun all summer long.
Classes start June 1 and run through July 31 and the two class sessions are held from 9a.m. to noon and 1p.m. to 4p.m. Not only do we offer your child an exciting summer, we have convenient before and after care options just for parents. Children can be dropped off between 7a.m. until 9a.m. and pick-up will be between 4p.m. until 6p.m. for a small additional fee.
If your child is out of daycare and you're looking for something fun for them to do, Columbus State University's Activ8 camp started Monday.
Campers can choose from more than 100 different courses, in nine different categories, to enjoy all summer long. Children from ages four to 17 can sign up for anything from sewing and arts and crafts to computer skills and sports.
