COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  Foreclosure proceedings against Rob Doll Nissan in north Columbus came to a halt. Previously, the new dealership was slated to go on the auction blocks during the morning hours of Tuesday, September 1st. See previous story.

On Monday, three subcontractors filed a document in bankruptcy court, seeking compensation for work they completed for R-W-D Real Estate, which is also owned by Rob Doll.

A spokesperson for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation tells us they are not involved in this level of dispute.

But, the corporation is still in negotiations with Rob Doll and planning to go ahead with a hearing on September 24th.
