TROUP COUNTY, GA (WTVM) -  Forty-five-year-old Elizabeth Gaddy is charged with aggravated child molestation, child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes after an alleged incident involving one of her former 7th grade students at Callaway Middle School.

She has been indicted in Troup County Superior Court and is set to go to trial in October.

In her indictment, the state alleges Gaddy lured the teen to a dirt road near his house in LaGrange and performed oral sex on him in 2008.

Now, prosecutors claim they have evidence Gaddy had sexual contact with three other young men and they want to include it in her trial.

In a notice filed in Troup County Superior Court, the state says the "similar transactions" show Gaddy's course of conduct.

In it, the state says she had sex with a high school student and performed other sex acts with the original victim's brothers all around the same time as the original incident in 2008.

Witnesses to the alleged encounters are also listed.

Gaddy has pled not guilty to all charges.

Troup County's Chief Assistant District Attorney and Elizabeth Gaddy's attorney both declined to comment about the case.

A motions hearing is set for October 9th. WTVM is told it's likely the similar transactions will be addressed at that time.

Gaddy's case is set to go to trial on October 19th.
