COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - A judge has confirmed the final bankruptcy plan for Bill Heard Enterprises.

A hearing was held Wednesday in Alabama's Northern Division of U-S Bankruptcy Court in Decatur.

This clears the way for the Heard's remaining assets to be liquidated and creditors to be paid.

Heard filed for bankruptcy last year after shutting down all of its dealerships across the country, including its flagship here in Columbus.
