Smoke Inhalation cause of death

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Autopsy reports are in for two men killed in separate house fires this week.


Early Wednesday morning firefighters were called out to a home on 8th Street. This was the home of 51 year-old Alfred Henry. His body was sent to the State Crime Lab and the autoposy reveals that he died of smoke inhalation.

And on Thursday morning firefighters responded to another house fire that turned into a death investigation. The coroner identified the victim as 49 year-old Ransom Farley. Farley lived in Estes Drive. Farley's cause of death was determined to be from smoke and soot inhalation.
