Canty kids treated to toys and pizza

Press Release

COLUMBUS GA - About 200 children who live at Columbus's Elizabeth Canty Apartments will be treated to a festive Christmas party Thursday, December 17 at 4:00 p.m., at the complex off Cusseta Road.

Kiwanis Club of Columbus elves will hand out toys to all, thanks to donations from members, TSYS employees and Columbus Convention and Visitors Bureau Ambassadors.

The Kiwanis Club of Columbus – whose motto is Serving the Children of the World – has been hosting this party for over ten years.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream will be scooping up free treats and Papa John's on Buena Vista Road will help cover the cost of giving the kids free pizza.
