COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) –  Muscogee County Superior Court indicted a Phenix City man for allegedly causing a deadly wreck.

Nineteen-year-old James Huguley of Phenix City was indicted on Tuesday for a vehicular homicide charge as well as charges of DUI and reckless driving. Click here to view the bill of indictment.

The crash occurred in May of this year on J.R. Allen Parkway and Bradley Park Drive.

Investigators believe Huguley cut off a car which caused a wreck that killed 19-year-old Ronald Holden.

Police reports indicated, neither of the teens were wearing seatbelt and blood tests revealed Huguley's blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit at the time of the crash.

Back in July of this year, Hughley pled not guilty to the charges.
