Candy recalled for unlisted ingredient

ATLANTA - Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture Tommy Irvin is alerting consumers to the recall of 3,310 individual units of the 4.62-ounce Harry London Chocolate Pecan Caramel Stars because they have not been labeled to include Wheat, FD&C colors Yellow #5, Red # 40 and Blue #1 as an ingredient. 

All Harry London Chocolate Pecan Caramel Stars sold after December 28, 2009 have the correct labeling.

The product is produced with a pecan-flavored wheat germ nut that is made with wheat and FD&C colorings, which were not stated in the ingredient disclosure label.

The recalled product is the Harry London Chocolate Pecan Caramel Stars Lot code number 9238-1.  A photograph of the product can be found on the company's website:  www.harrylondon.com.
