Phenix City school needs help after devastating fire

PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) – Officials at St. Patrick's Catholic School in Phenix City are a day away from their deadline.

The principal says he wants the students to return Tuesday.

Friday, a fire destroyed part of the schools west wing.

Parents, alumni and other volunteers are helping clean the debris.

They are also looking for donations.
