COLUMBUS, GA (WXTX) – Muscogee County is considering a plan to consolidate voting precincts. It hopes to consolidate 46 precincts into 28.
City leaders say the move will create more locations to advance vote. We're told more and more voters have been casting their ballots before election day.

The Muscogee Board of Elections and Registration will finalize the plan during a regularly scheduled board meeting on Thursday, February 4th.
