COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - A Columbus man arrested a year ago for allegedly selling liquor without a license is apparently at it again.

36-year Bolivar Glenn was arrested early Sunday morning at a nightclub he manages called "Da Spot" on Buena Vista Road.

Police were called to the scene by neighbors complaining about the crowd gathered outside and the disrupting noise.  Authorities say Glenn was selling liquor and beer, even though the club was not licensed to do so.

Last year, Glenn was arrested after police were called to investigate a shooting at his home on Buena Vista Road. He was charged with running a disorderly household by operating his house as a nightclub.
