Thursday night officials held a public meeting where city leaders proposed a fee of $4.00 a month to cover costs for bi-weekly pickups. The meeting was one of three that will be held.
City manager, Isaiah Hugley, says five years from now the city will be about $40,000,000 in debt if the city does not do something.
