COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Police are looking for a Columbus woman after they say she stabbed her girlfriend and then ran away.
According to police reports, officers responded to a domestic dispute at a home on Enoch Drive. When they arrived, the victim told police she had gotten into an altercation with the suspect, 19 year old Maryiah Wynn, and then was stabbed in the shoulder with a filet knife.
The victim tells police Wynn was trying to continuously stab her with the knife when a neighbor ran in and separated the two and grab the knife.
Police are unable to find the suspect at this time. Wynn is described as a 19 year old black woman, 5'4'', 124 pounds. She is facing aggravated assault charges.
