Columbus Police investigate armed robbery

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus Police are investigating an armed robbery at the Arby's on Victory Drive. 

Investigators say two men entered the Arby's Thursday night around 10:00 carrying a hand gun.  The suspects got away with an undetermined amount of cash and also took an employees purse.

People inside the restaurant said while they were lying on the floor they heard shots fired. No one was injured.

The suspects are described as two black men, 6'3"-6'4" tall, wearing all black.

    The father of two told police in court papers released Monday that he killed his pregnant wife after witnessing her strangling one of the girls on a baby monitor.
