COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  A Columbus man is charged with soliciting young girls for sex on a popular online social networking site.

Police say the investigation was launched after the department received a complaint about prostitution involving minors.

Forty-three-year old John Przenkop is charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of enticing a child for indecent purposes, two counts of pandering and two counts of child pornography.

Police say Przenkop used an online social web site to find two teenage girls.

According to officers, he took the teens to his home and paid them so he could perform sex acts on them.

Officers learned about the case a few weeks ago and their investigation led to Przenkop's arrest Friday.

As they were searching his Columbus home Friday, officers tell WTVM they did find child pornography inside, leading to additional charges.

Przenkop is scheduled to appear in Columbus Recorder's Court Monday morning.

In the meantime, he is being held in the Muscogee County Jail.
