Tax Credit Creates Seller's Market

March 30, 2010

There are only a few weeks left before the home buyer tax credit offer expires.

Some real estate experts believe the market will see an up-tick in home sales as potential home owners try to reap the benefit.

Angie Hicks from the review website "Angie's List" agrees.

She says now is a great time for people who want to sell their homes to test the market.

Qualified home buyers can earn up to an eight-thousand dollar tax credit.

The tax credit deadline is April 30th.
