8 Hispanic men wanted for forging checks

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus Crime Stoppers says it needs the public's help locating 8 men wanted for forging several checks.

Investigators tell us on Friday, February 12th, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. eight Hispanic men entered a business on South Lumpkin Road and cashed several forged checks.

All of the forged checks were made payable to the men using counterfeit identification cards allegedly issued from several states.

The men are described all medium build, wearing dark short hair, with brown eyes, and facial hair ranging from beards, mustaches, and goatees.
