COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - A Columbus man is recovering after his teeth were knocked out in an attack.
It happened at an apartment on Rosemont Drive Wednesday night.
A 25-year-old man says he was in his living room with the front door open when suddenly two black men walked in.
Jernigan says one of the men started striking him in the face with a black hand gun, leaving him with several missing teeth.
Jernigan was treated at the Medical Center.
He says the gunman has a heavy build and medium complexion and goes by the name "Darell."
His accomplice is described as short with a thin build and medium complexion.
Jernigan says both men got away in a white SUV.
