Columbus man connected to double murder faces judge

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – Rodney Pugh is scheduled to appear in front of a judge Tuesday as part of a status conference hearing. 

Pugh faces multiple charges in the double murder of Jarvis Sanks and Ronald Coleman in December of 2008.      

Dezmond and Xavier Cannon were also arrested in connection with the crime and have already been convicted and sentenced. 

Pugh has always maintained that he is innocent.
