COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  A motion filed by the defense in the River Road Pharmacy arson case has been denied by a judge.

Attorneys for the suspects- Bobby Jo Burkett, his mother, Lillian Burkett and Michael Lowery- subpoenaed an investigator for the District Attorney's Office and wanted the state to reveal their confidential informants.

The lawyers requested witness statements, notes, and video and audio recordings pertaining to the arson investigation.

Muscogee County Superior Court Judge Frank Jordan denied the motion and said the law prohibits them from getting that information before trial.

Lillian Burkett is out of jail on bond.

In court, it was revealed that Bobby Burkett and Michael Lowery are having their probations revoked. They are being held in the Muscogee County Jail.
