Man wanted for 4 felonies captured in Chambers Co., AL

TROUP COUNTY, GA - Robert Eugene Seagrest, Jr. previously wanted for manufacturing methamphetamine, giving a false name to law enforcement officers, escape and theft by taking of a motor vehicle was captured in Chambers County, AL on 5/19/10.

On April 23, 2010, Seagrest and two others were arrested for manufacturing meth at Ringer  -- access camprground on West Point Lake.

He escaped from the back of a Patrol Car into the surrounding wooded area. Then, stole an automobile from a nearby residence and fled.

He was captured in Chambers County after allegedly entering another automobile.
