Crime Stoppers: Razor blades at Lakebottom

COLUMBUS, GA - Crime Stoppers and the Columbus Police Department are seeking information and tips for the arrest of the person(s) responsible for  taping box cutter blades to the playground equipment.

The location of this crime is 1505 Cherokee Avenue(Lakebottom Park).This crime possibly occurred  between  Monday ,May 10, 2010 and Tuesday, May 11, 2010.

An observant citizen flagged down a patrol officer  on May 11, 2010  at approximately 9:30 am at Lakebottom Park and showed the officer the razor blades on the playground equipment.

Later, Investigation revealed the the box cutter blades were attached to the  children' s play steering wheels with duct tape.

There is no known suspect information at this time.
