COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  A Columbus business owner now knows his fate after pleading guilty to money laundering.

Gerado Ricci, a co-owner of the Ritmo Latino Night Club on North Lumpkin Road, will do six months behind bars for the crime and pay a $2000 fine.

His brother, Jose Ricci, has been sentenced to nearly four years in prison and an $8000 fine for the same crime.

The case against a third co-owner, Maria Sarafin, was dismissed.

FBI agents raided the club last year after the three were believed to be taking money from the illegal sale of cocaine, depositing it into their personal bank account and then transferring a portion of that money to an account set up by the DEA.
