Crime Stoppers: Five G business burglary

The Five G's Business at 2320 14th Avenue, was Burglarized between the hours of 8:00pm Wednesday, October 21, 2009 and 8:15am Thursday, October 22, 2009.

The burglar broke the front window of the business, then entered and exited through the window. There were a number of miscellaneous items that were taken.

The burglary scene was processed and police are requesting any information or tips on this suspect.

Suspect information:
Darryl Soloman
black male
bald head
44 years of age
6'0'; 210 lb
tattoo's on chest and both arms
Van Dyke facial hair

    The victim in a shooting on the 500 block of Third Street has been identified as Jermaine Williams. Columbus Police says the victim was taken to the Columbus Piedmont Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Those in the area says it shouldn’t have happened. “I’m sorry for the lost and I hate that this happened but the gun violence and all this has to stop.
