COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  Columbus Police are investigating a series of armed robberies at a local strip club.

The crimes were reported at the Carousel Lounge on Victory Drive early Thursday morning.

At 1:30 AM, 49-year-old William Reid tells police he was approached in the parking lot by an armed black man in his 20s with a white bandana on his face who ordered Reid to give him his money.

Reid was robbed of $3 and was not injured.

Around the same time, 44-year-old Theotis French says a black man in his 20s pointed a gun at him in the parking lot but nothing was stolen from him.

Then at 3:30 AM, the club's manager, 51-year-old Donald Hunter, says a gunman fitting the same description forced him to the ground in the parking lot, pointed a gun at his head and robbed him of $350 before running away.

Police believe all of the incidents are connected.
