AUBURN, AL - The Auburn Police Division is asking for the public's help in identifying a person wanted in connection to two harassment cases reported  overnight Tuesday/Wednesday. 

The first incident occurred at approximately 11 p.m. and the second at 12:10 a.m.  Both were in the area of Cox Street and Genelda Avenue. 

According to the female victims they were approached from behind while walking and inappropriately touched or grabbed by a white male subject.

He then fled the area on foot each time.  No verbal threats were made nor were any weapons used.  Officers searched the area extensively but did not locate a suspect.

The man is further described as being 25 to 35 years of age, 5'8" tall, and 150 to 200 pounds with a heavy build. 

He is either bald or has closely shaven sandy colored hair.  He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and light colored khaki cargo pants. 

Anyone with information regarding these cases is asked to contact the Auburn Police Division at (334) 501-3140 or anonymously on the tip line (voice or text) at (334) 246-1391. 

Police want to remind everyone to be vigilant if walking, expecially after dark and that it is always best to walk with someone else.
