Burglars use limbs to break into local school

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -  Police say whoever broke into a Columbus elementary school used tree limbs as their tool of choice to gain entry into a classroom.

The crime was discovered Tuesday morning at 1 AM at Lonnie Jackson Academy on Buena Vista Road.

Police say the limbs were used to break out a classroom window and the unknown suspect(s) got away with a 32" flat screen TV and a computer worth $600.
