Local park's picnic tables stolen again

PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) - Phenix City Police are investigating another theft at a local park.

On June 15th, Phenix City Parks and Recreation employees reported that six aluminum picnic tables worth about $6,000 a piece were stolen from Austin Sumbry Park. Police reports indicate that the picnic tables were stolen once again.

The case remains under investigation. Anyone with information should call the Phenix City Police Department at (334) 448-2817.
