Man breaks into package store taking dozens of bottles

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus Police are investigating a burglary at a package store.

It happened at the Big O's Package Store on Cusseta Road early Wednesday morning around 4:00 a.m.

Officers say the suspect had his sights set on a specific beverage when he used a screwdriver to pry open a back door lock. 

The burglar, described as a black man with a goatee and glasses, got away with 50 plastic bottles of Seagram's Peach Tea worth $25.
