HARRIS COUNTY, GA (WTVM) – A man wanted in connection with 250 car break-ins and several stolen credit cards in Harris County was arrested in E. Alabama.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office tells News Leader 9 Brandon Brown was arrested by Russell County officials on Wednesday. We are told he is being transported to Harris County where he faces a list of charges.

Almost a month ago, four others were arrested after they were caught on tape using stolen credit cards at several stores.

Their names are as follows:

Stacy Goad
Brian Fleming
Michael Dowling
Haley Stone.

"There are about 250 entering autos that they are responsible for in this area," said Glenn Presley of the Harris County Sheriff's Office, "There is strong evidence they are using meth and this is what they are doing to provide for their habit."
