Horizons Diagnostics is a multi-specialty group medical practice located in Columbus, GA. The professional staff consists of 10 Family Practitioners, 3 internists, a Gastroenterologist and a General Surgeon plus 3 physician extenders. There are four clinical offices located throughout the community to allow easy access for our patients. We offer a full range of outpatient services in our offices including 3 Labs, 3 X-Ray Units, 2 Ultrasound Units, DEXAs, EKGs, EMGs and Nerve Conduction Studies, Sleep Studies, Physical Therapy and a Center for Vein Care for VNUS Closure procedures and Sclerotherapy.
We also provide easy access to MRIs, CTs, And other Diagnostic Tests.
In order to provide continuity of care, we admit our patients to St. Francis Hospital and see them daily until they are discharged.
