FORT BENNING, GA (WTVM) – A federal judge has ordered the US Army Corp of Engineers to restore the contract to replace Martin Army Community Hospital to its original holder.

About five months ago, the $333 million contract was revoked.

A federal judge has recently determined that the Corps hastily agreed to the recommendation from the US Government Accountability Office to strip Turner Construction Company of the hospital contract.

The judge granted Turner's request for a permanent injunction and ordered the Corps re-instate the contract.
