Crime Stoppers still needs help finding purse snatcher

COLUMBUS, GA - The Columbus Police Department Robbery/Homicide Unit is requesting assistance in identifying a theft suspect.

The theft occurred on July 13, 2010 at around 2:45pm.

A male subject was in a business at 819 Veteran's Parkway and took an employee's purse.

The suspect concealed the purse and then left the business. He is believed to frequent the downtown area.

SUSPECT INFORMATION:

male
5'9" tall
170 lbs.
25-30 years of age
short cut hair and mustache
wearing a dark collar shirt with buttons at the top and white vertical stripes,  blue jeans
black shoes and belt
