AUBURN, AL (WTVM) – Auburn authorities found thousands of dollars in cocaine hidden in a baby car seat over the weekend.
During a routine traffic stop, an officer noticed that the three men inside a stopped Chevy Impala were acting suspicious.
An Opelika drug K-9 was called in to assist. The drug dog then alerted investigators which gave them probable cause to search the car.
As a result, $10,000 in cocaine was confiscated and the trio was arrested and charged with drug trafficking.
Arrested were Montavius Chambers, age 24, Demarcus K. Johnson, age 23, and Montavious A. Bulger, age 24, all of Opelika, Alabama.
