COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – News Leader 9 has learned three men connected a north Columbus murder have been indicted again.
A Muscogee County grand jury re-indicted 25-year-old Carlos Brown, 23-year-old Clarence Mahone and 33-year-old Kubiat Ekperikpe for the murder of Maurice Hollis at the Main Street Apartment complex last July.
An indictment indicates each of the men face four counts of murder along with a list of other charges.
Last month, a different grand jury threw out murder charges against the same three men.
According to testimony, Hollis was shot by Mahone, after he, Brown and Ekperikpe went to Mahone's north Columbus apartment to allegedly rob him.
